Account & Registration

Creating an Apalado account is free and takes about 2 minutes. Go to our Register page, fill in your full name, email address, Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and choose a username and password. After submitting the form, you'll receive an OTP on your mobile number — enter it to verify your account and you're in. Your account is active right away. KYC verification (uploading a government ID) is only required before your first withdrawal.

You must be at least 21 years old to register and play on Apalado. This is a requirement under Philippine gaming regulations. We verify your date of birth during registration and again at KYC. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be permanently closed and deposits refunded.

No. Each person is permitted to hold only one Apalado account. Creating multiple accounts — even under different names or email addresses — is a violation of our Terms and Conditions. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any associated winnings voided.

For KYC you'll need one valid Philippine government-issued ID. Accepted documents include:
  • Philippine passport
  • SSS or UMID card
  • PhilSys national ID
  • Driver's licence
  • PRC ID
You may also be asked to take a quick selfie for liveness verification. KYC is processed within 24 hours on business days. You can still play and deposit while KYC is pending — it's only required before your first cash withdrawal.

Log in to your Apalado account and go to Account Settings. From there you can update your email address, mobile number, and password. To change your password, you'll be asked to confirm your current one first. If you've forgotten your current password, use the "Forgot password?" link on the Login page.

If you'd like to close your account, contact our support team at support@apalado.com with your request. Before closure, make sure you withdraw any remaining balance. Permanent account closure is different from self-exclusion — if your reason for leaving is gambling-related, we recommend considering our Responsible Gaming tools first, such as a cool-off period or self-exclusion, which may better address the situation.

The minimum deposit on Apalado starts at ₱100 for most payment methods. Some payment channels may have slightly higher minimums due to provider requirements — the exact minimum for each method is shown on the deposit screen in your account cashier.

For verified accounts, GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours — same-day in most cases. Bank transfers via InstaPay may take up to 24 hours. Withdrawals requested on weekends or Philippine public holidays may experience slight delays. If your withdrawal has been pending for more than 24 hours, contact support@apalado.com.

Common reasons for a withdrawal being held include: KYC verification not yet completed, active bonus wagering requirements not yet met, or the withdrawal amount exceeding daily limits. Check your account dashboard for any pending verification tasks. If everything looks clear on your end, contact our support team and we'll sort it out quickly.

Apalado does not charge fees on withdrawals. However, your bank, GCash, or other payment provider may charge their own transfer fees depending on the transaction type. Check with your payment provider if you see unexpected deductions from your withdrawal amount.

The minimum withdrawal at Apalado is ₱200 for e-wallet methods like GCash and Maya. For bank transfers the minimum may be slightly higher. The exact amount for each channel is shown at the cashier when you initiate a withdrawal. Daily withdrawal limits also apply and are shown in your account settings.

Bonuses & Promotions

New Apalado members are eligible for a welcome deposit bonus on their first qualifying deposit. The bonus is automatically credited to your account after the deposit clears — no promo code needed. A wagering requirement (also called a rollover or turnover) is the number of times you need to bet your bonus amount before you can withdraw bonus-derived winnings. For example, a ₱500 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you need to place ₱5,000 in total bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. Progress is tracked in your account dashboard under Bonus Balance. Different games may contribute differently to the wagering requirement — slots typically count 100%, while table games may count less.

Most Apalado bonuses are credited automatically — you don't need a code. Some limited-time offers may require a promo code entered at the cashier during a deposit. Available promos for your account are displayed in the Promotions section when you're logged in. If a code was shared with you via email or SMS and it's not working, contact our support team and we'll check it for you.

Yes, once you've met the wagering requirements attached to a bonus, the resulting balance is yours to withdraw. Until wagering is complete, bonus-derived funds are held as bonus balance and can't be directly cashed out. Your real money balance is always withdrawable without restriction, regardless of any active bonuses.

Responsible Gaming

Log in and go to Account Settings → Responsible Gaming → Deposit Limits. Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap in Philippine Peso. Limits apply immediately. Reducing a limit takes effect right away; increasing a limit requires a 7-day waiting period before the change kicks in. This is intentional — giving you time to reconsider.

Self-exclusion suspends your Apalado account for a chosen period — from 1 month up to 5 years, or permanently. Once activated, you cannot log in, deposit, or receive marketing communications. Go to Responsible Gaming → Self-Exclusion in your account settings to activate it. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the period ends. Yes — Apalado's cool-off period lets you pause your account for 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days without permanently closing it. During a cool-off you can't deposit or play, but your account stays intact and you can still withdraw your balance. Go to Responsible Gaming → Cool-Off Period to activate it. Cool-off periods can't be cancelled early once set.

Reality checks are pop-up reminders that appear during your gaming session to show how long you've been playing and how much you've wagered. Go to Account Settings → Responsible Gaming → Reality Checks and choose an interval (every 30 minutes, every hour, or every 2 hours). They're a low-key way to stay aware of your session without having to check manually.

Yes. Apalado operates under a PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation) licence, meaning it is legally authorised to offer online gaming services in the Philippines. The platform uses TLS encryption on all connections, and your personal and financial data is stored securely using industry-standard protocols. Your password is never stored in plain text.

Go to Account Settings → Security → Two-Factor Authentication and follow the steps to link your mobile number for OTP-based 2FA. Once enabled, every login will require both your password and a verification code sent to your registered Philippine mobile number. This makes your account significantly harder to access even if your password is compromised — we strongly recommend turning it on.

Contact support@apalado.com immediately. Our security team can freeze your account, review login history for suspicious activity, and help you regain full control. In the meantime, change your password right away if you still have access. Avoid reusing passwords across multiple sites, and enable 2FA once your account is secured.
